ThE SKUGGA VILLAS
THE VINEYARD LODGE
The Vineyard Lodge is a genuine highland home set among the vines. The Lodge offers three bedrooms, a large lounge, dining room, and three bathrooms — spacious, comfortable, and full of character. Perfect for a family or small group who want to feel truly at home. Available as a whole three-bedroom house or configured as a two-bedroom plus a private downstairs one-bedroom suite for added flexibility.​​​​

THE VINEYARD VILLAS
Four generous bedrooms with sweeping vineyard views, designed to bring a group together while giving everyone their own space. The Vineyard Villas can be taken as a single four-bedroom villa for larger groups, or divided into a three-bedroom plus one-bedroom, a two bedroom villa with lounging area plus two separate suites or as a 3 bedroom villa with one bedroom suite. The one bedroom suites have a separate entrance via the balcony, or via the connecting door into the central 2 bedroom villa.
THE FARM VILLAS
Set within Skugga's cacao farm, just 2 kilometres from the vineyard, the Farm Villas share the same generous four-bedroom layout as the Vineyard Villas, with the same flexible configuration options. Wake up surrounded by coffee and cacao — a quieter (at night) and more secluded setting for those who want to feel deep in the estate. The farm has a bakery, BBQ restaurant, small sports and activities club, classic car garage and cafe.

THE FARM CABIN
A intimate two-bedroom, two-bathroom retreat tucked into the farm. The Cabin is ideal for a couple, small family, or a pair of friends who want something a little more private and cosy. Simple, well-appointed, and quietly beautiful. Accessed via the Skugga farm, just 2 kilometres from the vineyard
