Skugga Estate seeks to push the boundaries of coffee processing by innovating with new processing techniques such as carbonic maceration and yeast fermentation. Through the process of drying, roasting, and cooling of our coffee beans in our on-site roastery, we are able to utilize the beans for premium coffee flavors.
