The Skugga Estate Vineyard
​​The Skugga vineyard is located in the lush highlands of Thailand and is just 40 minutes from the Chiang Mai city center. Within the vineyard we have a boutique winery that includes a wine-tasting room and cellar, two restaurants: one a farm to fine dining venue and the other a farm to table courtyard bistro. Our dedicated event space for weddings and meetings has catering facilities, changing and prep rooms, and accommodates up to 150 seated guests, 200 for a full reception, or 400 for cocktail and standing events.

Beyond the vines, Skugga Estate Vineyard is a place where moments are marked and experiences unfold. The vineyard is home to vineyard weddings and vow renewals at Skugga, as well as a rotating calendar of workshops and experiences hosted at the vineyard, from seasonal gatherings to creative and ceremonial events rooted in place and craft.

The Festival Hall is designed to accommodate weddings, workshops, seminars, corporate events, and parties. It seats up to 150 guests for a seated dinner, 200 for a full reception, and 400 for cocktail and standing events.
Outdoor Wedding Courtyards Spaces
Next to the main event hall is our private courtyard space. This outdoor space is ideally for outdoor parties, micro wedding ceremonies and functions. It has its own small bar, kitchen and toilets.

Does Skugga produce its own wine?
Skugga Estate planted its vineyard in 2025 and the wine programme is currently developing. Estate-grown Skugga wine has not yet been produced. Wines currently served at the estate are crafted in partnership with a boutique winery in the Barossa and Eden Valley regions of South Australia.

What are Skugga Estate Vineyard's opening hours?
Skugga Estate Vineyard is open Tuesday through Sunday and closed on Mondays. Tuesday to Thursday hours are 10:00 to 20:00. Friday to Sunday hours are 10:00 to 22:00. Reservations are recommended for fine dining and group bookings.

Skugga Estate's Festival Hall seats up to 150 guests for a seated dinner, up to 200 for a full seated reception, and up to 400 for cocktail and standing events. There is no minimum guest count for weddings.
