Seventeen units across two settings, thirty minutes from the centre of Chiang Mai. Four four-bedroom villas and a three-bedroom lodge sit among the vines at the vineyard. Eleven suites and a two-bedroom cabin sit beside the roastery at the farm, 1.5 kilometres up the valley.
TWO SITES, ONE ESTATE
Skugga Estate sits in the highlands of northern Thailand, unfolding across two complementary settings operated as a single retreat: The Skugga Estate Vineyard and the Skugga Estate Farm. The vineyard is home to a boutique wine-tasting bar, a fine-bistro restaurant and the Festival Hall, an event space that seats 150, receives 200, and stands 400. The farm has a BBQ restaurant, a cafe, chocolate-making facilities, a gift shop, a pool, pickle ball and a playground, 1.5 kilometres up the valley. Guests can stay across both.
FOUR UNITS · VINEYARD
The Vineyard Villas
Four generous bedrooms with sweeping vineyard views, designed to bring a group together while giving everyone their own space. Each villa has large lounge and dining areas, with a fully equipped kitchen, balcony areas and easy access to the vineyard and restaurant. The Vineyard Villas can be taken as a single four-bedroom villa for larger groups, or as a two bedroom villa with lounging area plus two separate suites. This configuration utilises a single shared bathroom.

The Farm Suites
Set within Skugga's cacao farm, just 1.5 kilometres from the vineyard, the Farm Suites are ideal for a couple or small family getaway. Wake up surrounded by coffee and cacao — a quieter (at night) and more secluded setting for those who want to feel deep in the estate. The farm has a bakery, BBQ restaurant, swimming pool, pickle ball, children's playground, handcraft chocolate lab, classic car garage and cafe. The suites look directly across at Crazy Horse Buttress, one of the best-known limestone climbing crags in Southeast Asia, with several hundred bolted routes across every grade. Climbers stay here and walk to the base.

ONE UNIT · FARM
The Farm Cabin
An intimate two-bedroom, two-bathroom retreat tucked into the farm. The Cabin is ideal for a couple, small family, or a pair of friends who want something a little more private and cosy. Simple, well-appointed, and quietly beautiful. Accessed via the Skugga farm, just 1.5 kilometres from the vineyard. Like our suites, the cabin is located directly opposite Crazy Horse Climbing Buttress.

The City Villas
Skugga sits 30 minutes from the centre of Chiang Mai. Four sister villas sit inside it. Tolani Luxury Villas Chiang Mai holds four private houses, spread across Nimman, the Old City and the riverside, each taken as a whole property rather than by the room. Guests who want vineyard nights and city nights in the same trip stay at both.
