With over 25 years of hospitality experience, Colin brings together Italian traditions with Thai influences and international techniques.

 

Set within our modern winery building, Crush offers elegant dining with panoramic vineyard and mountain views.

Dinner: Tuesday-Sunday, 17:30 - 22:00
