UPSTAIRS at The Vinyard is Skugga’s signature farm to fine dining restaurant, where estate-grown ingredients meet elegant culinary artistry. It is the ultimate expression of wine dining—showcasing our own handcrafted wines, chocolate, coffee, tea, and spirits—alongside the award-winning cuisine of celebrated British chef, James Noble.

Every element of the menu is thoughtfully sourced, with much of it harvested from Skugga’s own farm, forest, and fermentary. This is true farm-to-fine-dining—refined, expressive, and unmistakably local.
