Learning Pillars
Each pillar follows one crop or craft from start to finish: growing it, processing it, making a product and selling it.
Every pillar page shows the value ladder: what the same produce is worth at each step, using Skugga's own prices.
What we grow
- Tropical Viticulture: growing wine grapes where the textbooks say you can't
- Cacao: from seedling to fermented bean
- Coffee: forest-grown Arabica, from cherry to cup
- Tea: old forest tea, from leaf to cup
- Farm Crops: lemons, pepper, macadamia, avocado and walnut
What we make
- Chocolate: tree to bar, made on the farm
- Cheese: northern Thai milk, aged at the vineyard
- Ice Cream & Yogurt: the farthest a liter of milk can travel
- Cured Meats: old-world curing with Mae On flavors
